Amphipyra tripartita is a moth in the Noctuidae family. It is found in China, Japan (Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu, Tsushima Island), and the Korean Peninsula.
The wingspan is 51–57 mm. The moth flies from July to September in one generation.
