Alfred Chester Todd (January 7, 1902 – March 8, 1985) was an American catcher in Major League Baseball. Born in Troy, New York, he played from 1932 to 1943 with the Philadelphia Phillies, Pittsburgh Pirates, Brooklyn Dodgers and Chicago Cubs.
He worked as a minor league manager and scout for several years after his playing career ended. He died at age 83 in Elmira, New York.[citation needed]
