Afshin Oliaei (Persian: افشین اولیایی) is a retired Iranian male volleyball player, playing as a outside hitter. He was part of the Iran men's national volleyball team. He won the silver medal at the 2002 Asian Games and the bronze medal at the 2003 Asian Men's Volleyball Championship. On club level he played for Paykan Tehran in 2002.[1] As a junior he won the 1998 Asian Junior Men's Volleyball Championship.
