The 11th edition of ASEAN University Games (AUG) was held in Manila, Philippines. This is the first time the Philippines hosted this biennial sports event Organised by the members of the ASEAN University Sports Council (AUSC). The University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) composed of collegiate athletic association of eight Metro Manila universities represented the Philippines.
