Ypsilanti Community Schools

Ypsilanti Community Schools (YCS) is a school district headquartered in Ypsilanti Township, Michigan.[1][2]

It was formed on July 1, 2013 by the merger of the Ypsilanti Public School District and the Willow Run School District.[3]

It serves the City of Ypsilanti and surrounding areas in Ypsilanti Township and Superior Township.[citation needed]

  • Estabrook Elementary School

Middle school programs:

  • YCS Middle School - Willow Run Campus - Includes ACTech, Scholars Academy, and STEMTech
  • Washtenaw International Middle Academy at Washtenaw International High School
  • Character and Restorative Education (CARE) at YCS Old Willow Run High School

Elementary schools:

  • Adams STEM Academy (1-5)
  • Erickson Elementary (1-5)
  • Holmes Elementary School (2-5)

PreK-1 early childhood centers:

  • Beatty Early Learning Center
  • Ford Early Learning Center
  • Perry Early Learning Center
