The WCHA Most Valuable Player in Tournament is an annual award given out at the conclusion of the WCHA tournament to the best player in the championship as voted by the head coaches of each member team.[1]

The Tournament MVP was first awarded in 1988 and every year thereafter.

Bill Pye is the only player to have won the award more than once. Additionally, two recipients have received the honor while not playing for the conference champion. (as of 2013)

Award winners

  1. 1.0 1.1 Minnesota and Wisconsin left after the 2012-13 season to join the Big Ten.
  2. 2.0 2.1 2.2 2.3 2.4 North Dakota, Denver, Colorado College, Minnesota-Duluth, and St. Cloud State left after the 2012-13 season to join the NCHC.
