Johan Andersson (born August 28, 1974[citation needed]) is the studio manager[1] for Paradox Development Studio.
Before working for Paradox, he was an employee of Funcom[2] where he worked as a programmer on the Sega Mega Drive console with games like Nightmare Circus[citation needed] and NBA Hangtime[citation needed]. Although he began as a programmer, Andersson became the lead designer for Hearts of Iron III. His design philosophy is "to create believable worlds."[3]
