Daniel Nathan Lewis (February 14, 1936 – March 6, 2015) was an American football running back in the National Football League for the Detroit Lions, the Washington Redskins, and the New York Giants. He played college football at the University of Wisconsin and was drafted in the sixth round of the 1958 NFL Draft.

Lewis played high school football at Freehold High School in Freehold Borough, New Jersey.[1] He died in 2015 of complications from diabetes.[2]
