Constantin Lecigne

Constantin Lecigne (4 October 1864 – 19 January 1915) was a French Roman Catholic priest, writer, and educator.

Biography

Constantin Lecigne was born in Pernes, Pas-de-Calais. He was professor at the Catholic Faculty of Letters in Lille, holding the chair of history of French literature. He contributed to La Revue de Lille, L'Univers and La Dépêche.[1] He was awarded the Prix Bordin by the French Academy.[2]

Constantin Lecigne died in Lille.
