Charles Philibert-Thiboutot (born 31 December 1990) is a Canadian middle-distance runner.[2] He competed in the 1500 metres at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics in Beijing reaching the semifinals. In addition, he won a bronze medal at the 2015 Pan American Games.
