Autonomous province

An autonomous province is an autonomous administrative division. Examples are the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija, Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, Trentino and South Tyrol. Another example is Gilgit-Baltistan whose status is disputed as part of the Kashmir conflict is a semi-autonomous province of Pakistan since 2009.
