Vinda International Holdings Limited (simplified Chinese: 维达国际控股有限公司; traditional Chinese: 維達國際控股有限公司; pinyin: Wéidá Guójì Kònggǔ Yǒuxiàngōngsī, SEHK: 3331) is a major hygiene company in Asia. Its tissue paper products with brand name "Vinda" has been recognized as a "China Famous Brand."[1][2] Its headquarters is in the Donghou Industrial Development Zone (S: 东侯工业区, T: 東侯工業區, P: Dōnghóu Gōngyèqū) in Huicheng Town in Xinhui District, Jiangmen, Guangdong.[3] Vinda Group is committed to the philosophy of “Healthy Lifestyle Starts with Vinda” and has striven to provide high quality hygiene products and services. Today, Vinda Group runs four core business segments, namely tissue, incontinence care, feminine care and baby care under ten key brands Vinda, Tempo, Tork, TENA, Dr. P, Libresse, VIA, Libero, Drypers and Sealer. Vinda Group has a total of 14 state-of-the-art production bases.
Vinda was founded in 1985 by Mr. Li Chaowang in Xinhui, Guangdong. In 1999, Vinda International Holdings Limited, Vinda's holding company, was incorporated in the Cayman Islands.[4] In 2007, it was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with IPO price of HK$3.68 per share and totally HK$1 billion fund raising.[5][6]
