Pamarru is a constituency and panchayat village and mandal (tehsil) in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India. The former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, N. T. Ramarao, was educated in the village. The village was called Pamulamarri, and later Pamarri, before becoming known as Pamarru. The village has an old and locally famous Shivalayam (Shiva temple).
Irrigation with Pulleru and nagileru passing through this village. National Highway 214 starts from this place and connects it to Kathipudi. Four roads junction in this village connectig to Machilipatnam towards the east, Vijayawada towards the west, Avanigadda towards the south and Gudivada towards the north.
