Olexandr Stretskyy, also known as Oleksandr Stretskiy, (born 6 May 1986) is a Ukrainian amateur boxer who won the bronze medal at the 2006 European Amateur Boxing Championships and thereby qualified for the Olympics 2008 in Beiijing.
Career
At the Euros 2006 he lost his semifinal Andrey Balanov 11:31.
He qualified for the Olympics by besting Jaoid Chiguer, English teenager Billy Joe Saunders and two other fighters.
In Beijing he defeated Dominican teenager Gilbert Lenin Castillo but lost to Tureano Johnson 4:9.
