The Congressional District of Pateros-Taguig City or Taguig City-Pateros is the representation of the Municipality of Pateros and parts of the City of Taguig (known as the 1st Councilor District of Taguig City) in the Philippine House of Representatives. From 1907 to 1972, Pateros and Taguig were represented as part of the first district of Rizal and of Region IV from 1978 to 1984. Pateros and Taguig were grouped with Muntinlupa (as the parliamentary district of Taguig-Pateros-Muntinlupa) for representation in the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. In 1987 Pateros and Taguig were grouped together for representation in the restored House of Representatives. By virtue of Republic Act No. 8487 which was approved on February 11, 1998 but only took effect on December 8, 2004, the second councilor (Sangguniang Panlungsod) district of Taguig City was separated to form a new congressional district, electing its own representative starting in 2007.
