Josias Du Pré Porcher

Josias Du Pré Porcher (c1761 – 4 May 1820)[1] was an English politician.
Career
Porcher joined the British East India Company in 1778, serving in Madras until he retired in 1800. He was Mayor of Madras on 1791–2.[2]
He was a Member of Parliament (MP) for Bodmin from 1802 to 1806, for Bletchingley from 1806 to 1807, for Dundalk in 1807, and for Old Sarum from 1807 to 1818.[2]
