Ibrahimpatnam is a town (Nagara Panchayath), mandal headquarters and a Constituency Ranga Reddy district of Telangana state in India.[1]

Geography

Ibrahipatnam lies on the 17.1017187 latitude and 78.6293545 longitude. Ibrahimpatnam is one of the rapidly developing areas in Hyderabad.

Nagarjuna Sagar Highway as well as the newly developed Outer Ring Road pass through the area near Bongloor.

Significant commercial and residential development is coming up the region.

Currently this place has become a major junction for connectivity to all the educational institutions which are situated in the surrounding areas.

Hyderabad International Airport is 41 km to the West.

A huge Hindu temple complex with temples for Hanuman, Rama, Shiva, Krishna, Durga etc. is present at Trishakti Temple on the opposite to New Bus Stand. There are several other temples in the Town like a Laxmi Narsimha Swamy and Saibaba temple.

Secunderabad Railway station is the nearest station to the town, located at a distance of 36 km. It is under the administeration of Secunderabad railway division of South Central Railway zone. APSRTC operates city buses from Ibrahimpatnam to various places.
