Summary
The city hall (finished in 1905) of Stuttgart around 1907. It was heavily hit by artillery and bombing raids in World War 2, but some parts of the facade remained and are now covered by a modern facade built in 1956. So there wouldn't be any problem to reconstruct the original, historical facade of this grand building.
