Summary
Russian metalloceramic <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/triode" class="extiw" title="wikipedia:triode">triode</a> (generator tube) GS-9B (ГС-9Б), a vacuum tube used in high power, high frequency radio transmitters. Attached at bottom is a heat sink which cools the tube. The concentric metal design reduces the inductance of the contacts, preventing instability at high frequencies.
