Summary
<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immigrants" class="extiw" title="en:Immigrants">Immigrants</a> including the Bombardelli family from Italy, entering the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States" class="extiw" title="en:United States">United States</a> through <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ellis_Island" class="extiw" title="en:Ellis Island">Ellis Island</a>, the main immigrant entry facility of the United States from 1892 to 1954. The large building is the original hospital building (still there 2014; there are now two more to its left) seen from across the ferry slip. The people must be walking on some sort of pier from a ferry or launch toward the Main Building.
