Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. The image is being used for informational purposes only.
2. It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality).
3. The image's inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article, as it is used to illustrate the band's (including Tom Morello's) political activity at concerts and in general.
4. It is also used to illustrate the fact that Axis of Justice tents were set up at concerts and the band took an active part in the organization's actions.
5. No free or public domain images have been located for this subject. As it captures the political activity of the band (including Tom Morello) within Axis of Justice during a certain time period - i.e. Audioslave's incarnation - it cannot be replaced with a free or public domain image before the formation or after the breakup of the band.
