Cadbury Heath Football Club was formed in 1894.[2] The club joined the Gloucestershire County League in 1968 as founder members. Between 1970 and 1974 the club won the league on four successive occasions. After finishing runners-up in 1974–75, the club joined the Midland Combination Division One, reached the Quarter Finals of the FA Vase, but after two seasons they left the league. They rejoined the Gloucestershire County League in 1980–81, and after two runners-up placings in 1990–91 and 1991–92, the club won the league for the fifth time in 1993–94. They were runners-up again in 1995–96, and secured their sixth and seventh titles in 1997–98 and 1998–99.[3]
After finishing runners-up in 1999–2000, Cadbury joined the Western League Division One, where they remained until the end of the 2011–12 season when they were promoted to the Western League Premier Division as Champions.
