52 Cygni is a triple star system in the northern constellation of Cygnus with a combined apparent magnitude of 4.22.[2] The brighter component is a probable spectroscopic binary that may consist of two similar stars; these are evolved giant stars with a combined stellar classification of G9.5III. An angular separation of 6.0″ is a faint, magnitude 9.5 companion.[3]
