The 1999–2000 San Jose Sharks season was the Sharks ninth season of operation in the National Hockey League (NHL). The Sharks qualified for the playoffs. They pulled the upset to the St. Louis Blues in the first round, before bowing out to the Dallas Stars in the Conference semi-finals.
