Ōkubo Station (大久保駅 Ōkubo-eki?) is a railway station on the Kintetsu Kyoto Line in the city of Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan.

The station has two platforms serving four tracks.


1, 2  Kyoto Line for Shin-Tanabe Yamato-Saidaiji, Nara, Tenri and Kashiharajingu-mae
Change trains at Yamato-Saidaiji for Osaka Namba
Change trains at Kashiharajingu-mae for Yoshino
3, 4  Kyoto Line for Tambabashi, Kyoto and Kokusaikaikan

History

  • 1928 - The station opens as a station of Nara Electric Railroad
  • 1963 - NER merges and the station becomes part of Kintetsu
  • 1987 - The station becomes elevated
  • 2007 - Starts using PiTaPa
