Phat khana mu krop: Thai style stir-fried (phat; Thai script: ผัด) Chinese broccoli ([phak] khana; Thai script: [ผัก]คะน้า) with crispy pork (mu krop; Thai script: หมูกรอบ). Other ingredients are garlic, oyster sauce, pepper and soy sauce. Adding in (sliced) chillies is optional. Here it is served rat khao, meaning "together with rice". As a condiment, a spoonful of "phrik nam pla" (chopped Thai chillies in fish sauce; in the left-hand corner of the image) was added for extra spiciness and flavour.
